PRODUCT ENGINEERING ASSISTANCE

Our Product Engineering Services group can assist you in meeting your technical requirements. We are available to aid you in answering complex questions about the mechanical properties or hydraulic capabilities of our products. We can also help you interpret a specification or provide shop drawings for submittal and approval. Even before your order is received, our Product Engineering Service group may have already assisted you with technical details.

During the time your order is in process, this group assigns part code numbers for identification, assembles necessary shop drawings, organizes special requirements, and issues customer requested certifications. All this is done with an intense focus on customer satisfaction.

PROOF LOAD TESTING

Our 200,000 lb. compression testing machine can be made available to test the load bearing capabilities of any of our covers and grates. This information is available to you as a free service.

CASTING DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE

There are occasions when special job requirements call for an unusual casting Neenah does not have. Our Product Engineering Department will work with your engineers as you design castings that are suitable for your intended task. If you require details of your design, we are equipped to do this as a part of our service.

RECYCLED MATERIALS

Neenah castings are manufactured from recycled materials including automobile bodies and other collected scrap irons.
