The Inside Sales Team Lead position will consist of managing a sales territory in collaboration with Outside Sales to assist the Inside Sales Manager in supervising, mentoring, coaching and developing members of the local inside team. The Inside Sales Team Lead will apply leadership skills to improve team performance and serve as a point person for questions from the Inside Sales Representatives. They will serve as a liaison between staff and report to the Inside Sales Manager.Apply Now
