Shipping Supervisors provide first line leadership for a team of hourly non-exempt employees on an assigned shift in a Foundry manufacturing environment. Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Schedule Attainment are key accountabilities and metrics in the performance of this job. Time and attendance in a Kronos automated payroll system on a daily business to measure labor costs is essential as well.Apply Now
